Meow Wolf Announces HELLOFOOD, New Café

Claude GrossiBy Claude GrossiSeptember 14, 2021Updated:June 1, 20262 Mins Read

Coinciding with the opening of the Convergence Station, Meow Wolf’s Denver location, HELLOFOOD will also open as the café for the venue. Opening September 17, HELLOFOOD will offer a melting pot of diverse options, inspired by the mixed cultures of the Sun Valley. The menu is a reflection of the vastly important and repeated theme of the Convergence Station: fusion. Any visitors seeking to recharge with a snack or beverage will find many options available to them at this location.

The venue will offer both grab-and-go as well as dine in seating options, including patio seating.

HELLOFOOD offers a delightfully diverse array of cuisines and drinks to choose from, including a kids’ menu and dessert options. The menu showcases many different cuisines including Louisiana tea cakes, Guadalajara poke, cerveza from a Latino-owned brewery, and Latin-Asian fusion.

Meow Wolf has also partnered with Marble Brewery, based in New Mexico, to create Day Ghost. This Japanese-style rice lager is available only at Meow Wolf locations and Marble Brewery taprooms.

There are many vendors who will contribute their goods and services to the new café, including: Adobo, Bubby Goober’s Baked Goods, Combi Taco & Stokes Poke, Copper Door Coffee, God Save the Cream, Marble Brewery, Miss Peabody’s Southern Tea Cakes, Odell Brewing Co., Osage Café, Raices Brewing Company, Rocky Mountain Soda Company, tea.o.graphy, and Upslope Brewing Company.

COVID-19 protocols are still in effect, and the venue is requiring patrons to be either fully vaccinated, or be able to provide a negative COVID-19 test prior to entry. There will also be multiple hand sanitizing stations located throughout the building. All visitors are required to wear masks except when eating or drinking.

HELLOFOOD will only be available to Convergence Station ticket holders and will be located on the ground level of Quantum Department of Transportation (or QDOT).
