Missouri must recognize out-of-state same-sex marriages

On Friday, State Judge Dale Youngs ruled that Missouri must recognize the marriages of same-sex couples that were granted elsewhere. This ruling follows a September hearing from 10 same-sex couples represented by the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU.)
While it’s unknown at this time whether or not the decision will be appealed, the Missouri Attorney General’s office has stated that they’re reviewing the decision.
