This year, RuPaul’s Drag Race’s “Werq the World” tour is taking you behind the velvet ropes of the most exclusive awards show in herstory.

“We’re thrilled to bring everything fans love about Werq the World back to the stage,” says Voss Events’ Jon Norris. “This year’s production is a love letter to Awards Season and to the drag legends who make it so unforgettable.” After incredibly lucrative shows in Europe, Asia, and Latin America, the queens will embark on the North American portion of the tour, which begins August 15 in Mashantucket, Connecticut.

Presented by Voss Events in collaboration with World of Wonder (WOW) and MTV, the official “Werq The World” 2025 Tour is making a grand return to North America. Be prepared to take in a stunning, brand-new production inspired by the glitz, glamour, and spectacle of iconic Hollywood award ceremonies!

This year, Werq the World will be hosted by two of Drag Race’s most beloved alumni: Jimbo, channeling the larger-than-life Joan Rivers, and Sasha Velour, personifying the enigmatic and ever-changing personas of Madonna, Lady Gaga, and Marlene Dietrich. Together, they will take audiences through a once-in-a-lifetime evening of award-worthy performances and jaw-dropping drag artistry.

Queens featured in the North American tour will include: Daya Betty, Derrick Barry, Jaida Essence Hall Naomi Smalls, and Jorgeous. Kim Chi channels the elegance of Celine Dion; Morphine turns up the heat as Colombian sensation Shakira; Roxxxy Andrews gives diva as Mariah Carey, and Vanessa Vanjie stuns as Rihanna. Talent differs by city, so fans are encouraged to check for their local listings for cast details.

With stops in more than 40 cities across the United States and Canada, the tour promises to bring fans face-to-face with their favorite queens like never before, outdoing previous years.

“Werq the World, the largest drag show on earth, is celebrated for its grand themes and spectacular production,” says producer Brandon Voss. “This year, we’re inviting fans to relive the most iconic moments in award show history—with a fabulous drag twist.”

Merch packages and VIP tickets, including meet-and-greets with the queens, are also available. Werq the World will sashay to Denver, September 29 at Mission Ballroom.
