Woman Reports ‘Wicked, Satanic,’ Gay Neighbor to Pride Center
Crazy calls often keep Utah Pride Center employee, Jackson Whitt, on his toes. However, he wasn’t prepared for the series of calls he received from a woman claiming her gay neighbor was harassing her with energy machines shooting electrical pulses through her window.
In the first TikTok video that Whitt recorded about the call, he says, “So, I work for a queer resource center, and we get, like, a lot of crazy calls, but this is my favorite voicemail we’ve gotten, so far.”
The video cuts to a shot of a landline; after stating her name, the woman in the voicemail says, “I’m having problems with a gay person that I’ve known for a while, and he is bothering me, and I would like to report him to you. My number is (removed for privacy) and I know that you can help me so that he will not bother me any longer. Thank you.”
“She called us like we were gay animal control to come remove the bothersome homosexual from her neighborhood,” Whitt says.

Before he was able to return the call, the woman called back, which prompted Whitt to continue the saga in a second TikTok.
“I’m kind of hesitant to do the story time on this one because I didn’t record the second call, and it sounds made up, quite honestly,” he laughs. “So I’ll tell you anyways. and I’ll let you decide.”
According to Whitt, the woman says her neighbor is “evil, he’s wicked; he’s satanic” and that he has been harassing her with energy machines that shoot electrical pulses through his window and into her window to harm her. She also claimed that the gay neighbor has now banned together with another person and given them a machine as well.
”She’s like, ‘I felt two of them hit me straight in the chest just the other day,’” he says. “She’s getting shot by gay laser beams through her window.”

He informed her that the situation wasn’t appropriate for the Pride center and would be better suited for the authorities. She states that they won’t help her and that she also spoke with her bishop and state president, who are also unwilling to act. So, out of desperation, she contacted the gay neighbor’s pastor, Jimi. She claims that Pastor Jimi is well informed on the machines and that Whitt should reach out to him.
Whitt did in fact reach out, but likely not in the way she imagined he might.
“…She has called us multiple times saying that the neighbor has machines that send electrical pulses into her house to injure her… I’m not sure what her neighbors are actually doing to her (if anything), but I get the feeling she has dementia or something similar. I wanted to get your take on the situation before I called the authorities to do a wellness check.”
After a delayed response, Pastor Jimi, the missions and outreach pastor at the Washington Heights Church in Ogden, Utah brought three boxes of cinnamon rolls and other pastries to the Pride center during Whitt’s final video on the issue.
Whitt tells viewers that the pastor will call the woman to see if anything can be done to help her. He concludes, “What a wild saga it’s been…”
