Step Out As Your True and Authentic Femme Self

The new year is right around the corner, and there’s never been a better time to celebrate your true self!  Learning to create a passable feminine image is a right of passage for transgender women, but how does someone who has lived their life as a man learn to begin living life as a woman?

At Be the Girl in the Mirror, LLC we believe transition should be a magical time of exploration and self-discovery, but all too often, it can be intimidating and confusing. Our mission is to provide personal coaching, guidance, and resources to transgender women, femme-identifying people, and those desiring to present a more classically feminine persona.

Our founding members are Carmen Ramsey and Erincia Shupe, an openly transgender couple living in Denver.

Ramsey began transitioning in 2017 and quickly discovered a severe lack in resources for transitioning women. She enrolled in beauty school and immersed herself in femininity, taking a job in a salon and regularly stumbling out of her comfort zone in an effort to teach herself how to thrive in a woman’s world. She has made a name for herself in the kink community as a lifestyle domme specializing in feminization. She has overcome addiction and mental illness in her travels and is a driving force among her peers.

Shupe, on the other hand, began her transition in 2016, making the heartbreaking decision to separate from her family. Over years of determination and hard work, she has repaired her familial relations, earning back the trust, acceptance, and love of her children. Shupe enjoys walking the runway at high fashion shows and is a founding board member of an LGBTQ business resource group, which helps community businesses to grow.

Be The Girl In The Mirror offers a wide range of hands-on coaching services in a variety of areas including charm and posture, hairstyling and makeup application, voice lessons, fashion design, skincare, and much more! Partnering with industry professionals, our classes are uniquely designed to help participants develop the skills and confidence they’ll need to create a variety of fresh looks using the trends and styles of the moment.

We cater to a wide variety of lifestyles and are non-exclusionary, offering an intensive feminization boot camp for sissies as well as courses for dominants who are interested in feminization and sissification. Our sissy program consists of a structured curriculum that will help to transform the burliest of men into prissy, obedient servants!

Our next class will be December 3 and will feature skincare and nails. We’ll be going over products and their uses, how to develop a healthy routine, as well as different methods of body hair removal and how to care for our hands, feet, and nails.

Classes are by registration only and are held Saturday afternoons in Capitol Hill at Denver’s own Blush & Blu. Private and custom lessons are available by request.
