Same-sex marriage bans in Idaho and Nevada found unconstitutional

The 9th Circuit Court of Appeals has found the same-sex marriage bans in Idaho and Nevada unconstitutional. This makes the fourth Circuit Court of Appeals to reach this conclusion.
Judge Stephen Reinhardt spoke for the unanimous panel and had applied additional scrutiny to the case and found that the ban was indeed discriminatory towards same-sex couples. He writes:
The ruling makes way for marriage equality in Montana, Arizona and Alaska, which fall under the jurisdiction of the 9th Circuit.
