Only Fire released a daring new song “Blowjob Queen” ahead of the EP Moana Lisa, to be released on March 22.
The Berlin-based DJ and producer has mastered the art of making club-apt songs a unique experience. He illustrates his individuality through the thought-provoking incorporation of Siri in his songs with lyrics most would shy away from.
Only Fire manipulates the voice of Siri as the vocalist on “Blowjob Queen” and other songs. He embraces hyper-sexual themes and lyrics, creating a singular listening experience that combines the robotic with the humane. This humanly robotic motif was incorporated into his previous album Double Penetration, released in 2020.
“Blowjob Queen,” released on March 1, is the perfect dance track. Only Fire’s DJ abilities shine through the production and create a beat that’s impossible to stand still to. He delved into the production world at age 15 and has since perfected his craft. “Blowjob Queen” is the first release of Only Fire’s upcoming EP Moana Lisa, which draws from his experiences within the queer nightlife scene and tech-house spaces.
Only Fire speaks about the upcoming EP, saying:
“For the Moana Lisa EP, the idea was to put together a fun selection of five club-ready bangers that I got the inspiration for while living in Berlin, after moving there from Croatia. My music usually contains lots of moaning samples, so I felt like Moana Lisa was a nice play on words to use as the title along with the yassified version of Mona Lisa on the cover.”
Only Fires’ unique approach to music has granted him a memorable spot in pop culture. The new single “Blowjob Queen” immerses listeners into the transformative world Only Fire has created, a world soon to expand with the full release of Moana Lisa on March 22. Stay tuned from more from the artist as the release date draws closer.
