OFM Gallery: The Decemberists at Mission Ballroom

The Decemberists are an American indie rock band from Portland, Oregon, formed in 2000. The band consists of Colin Meloy, Chris Funk , Jenny Conlee, Nate Query, and John Moen. They came to Mission Ballroom on July 23 in Denver, CO and rocked the night away. It was an inspirational evening with their comeback album after a six-year hiatus. They began with an acoustic performance, then cranked it up with a full blown show and had the whole crowd dancing and singing all night long. They also had The Rat Boys as the opening act who came and set the tone for them. Over all, it was a night you did not want to miss!
