OFM Gallery: Drag At Aurora Pride Hosted by Evelyn Evermoore

Aurora Pride, located at Aurora Reservoir is the perfect event to take the day to lay in the sand, get a tan, support LGBTQ+/minority-owned businesses, and get a taste of the local drag scene.

MC of this drag performance, Evelyn Evermoore put together a wonderful show for Aurora Pride. When she is not performing, Evelyn is putting together beautiful pieces as a seamstress, hosting a pride book club, or standing up as an activist in the Denver community.

Next up, Chase Bottoms who was a sight to see. Having a history of performing at Hamburger Mary’s and later with the L’Whor House, he was ready to tear up the stage. Known for incorporating Hoodoo and professional dance into her sets to create a beautiful flow, Geo Conjure put on an amazing performance that showcased this in a beautifully unique way.

Porsha DeMarco-Douglas took to the stage with an energetic sass that was quite contagious; you can find them putting on a killer show at Hamburger Mary’s, X Bar, and Tracks. As a drag queen who has performed all around Denver, and even has her own show, StaxXx on ColfaxXx at the X Bar, Mia Staxxx put on a performance to remember, and the crowd was eating it up.
