If you’re hot and vaxxed, and oh-so-ready to get steamy in the Mile High City, here are some of the best Halloween events going on this weekend to get into a bit of naughty-nice, trick-or-treat trouble. Get dressed up, or go out just as you are; all are welcome to roam the creepy streets of Denver this weekend.

Welcome to Room 629 @XBAR

All of their worst nightmares will come true at XBAR this weekend as they have an epic lineup events that will be to die for. The Colfax, queer hotspot will transform their spaces into the epitome of your worst nightmares, so get ready to get freaky.

Catch some live music before you hit them streets with Denver-based The Patient Zeros, also featuring Dayton Stone and the Undertones, and Big Ol’ Pony. Get your punk and rock ‘n’ roll fix with costume prizes, comedy, and headbanging galore at Denver’s hottest new music venue.

12th Annual Paranormal Palace @ McNichols Building

The entire building has been taken over for this dress-to-impress Halloween Ball. With a Britney Spears cover band, fierce food trucks, and a chance at winning $2,000 in the costume contest, Denver has gotten queer in all the right places. Bonus: This is a charity event for HUMANKINDness Project, 501(c)3, who is changing the world through positivity and action.

Adult zombies are invited to a frightfully fun night at Denver Union Station as our Zombie Prom event returns. Held in the Great Hall, Terminal Bar, and Cooper Lounge, this ticketed event will feature spooky cocktails and bites, a costume contest, killer beats, and more. Open to ages 21 and older.

Family Friendly

BOOnion Station Trick-or-Treat Parade @ Union Station

On Thursday, October 28, all of Denver’s costumed characters, both little and adult-sized are invited to take part in the 7th annual BOOnion Station Trick-or-Treat Parade. The free, family-friendly celebration will feature trick-or-treating, mini-train rides, balloon artists, face painting, and more. The parade will begin at 5 p.m., with prizes awarded for first, second, and third place overall best costumes.

Halloween Fest @ Downtown Aquarium

Join Sharkey and his friends October 29 – 31 for a fun weekend of games, prizes, costume contests, and activities! Kids in costumes receive half-price admission and activities include trick or treating.
