Tune into magical evenings at Meow Wolf all July, filled with mystic musicians and exciting events where phenomenal memories can be made. Meow Wolf, a place made for creative souls and unique visionaries, welcomes artists and talented individuals for an event-filled month to showcase their enchanting passions to the community.
The extravaganza started July 9 with a fascinating workshop that encouraged participants to tune into their creative and imaginative inner child. Meow Wolf experienced a lot of wonder thanks to the Mutant Plushies Workshop led by Kate Major. The workshop included rescued stuffed animal parts for participants to repurpose and put together to make peculiar, innovative, and entrancing cuddly stuffed animal friends. A fantastic way for Meow Wolf to start the month off!
But do not worry about FOMO; the fun continues so prepare to have a vibrant month. Moving forward, you can catch Joe Hertler & The Rainbow Seekers Saturday, July 13, to fill your ears with some airy electric indie pop tunes. Joining the band as opening guests are Los Mocochetes, a local Chicano band from Denver, Co., ready to entice the audience with their funky revolutionary spanishlingual rock.
Rainbow Realm will join the following day, Sunday, July 14 for a remarkable queer youth hangout in Meow Wolf’s The Perplexiplex! There will be dancing, art-making, video gaming, and plenty of other surprises and joys in celebration of Non-Binary Awareness Day. Give Us The Floor, a nonprofit organization that focuses on providing LGBT+ youth with a safe and anonymous group chat space, has also partnered with Rainbow Realm for the event.
