Kellogg’s Releases New Pride Cereal
Kellogg’s will launch their new Pride-themed cereal, “Together with Pride,” in May of this year. The cereal, which was created in partnership with the LGBTQ media company GLAAD, is composed of rainbow and heart-shaped pieces that are coated in edible glitter.
Each cereal box will cost $3.99 at select stores across the U.S. For every box sold, Kellogg’s has committed to donating $3 to GLAAD, if the customer uploads their receipt to the Kellogg’s website as proof of the purchase.
This isn’t Kellogg’s first Pride campaign. In 2018, they released a similar cereal, “All Together,” which included Corn Flakes, Frosties, Froot Loops, Rice Krispies, Raisin Bran, and Frosted Mini-Wheats all in one box. The cereal was part of Spirit Day 2018, the national anti-bullying campaign focused on protecting LGBTQ youth. In addition to the cereal, Kellogg’s donated $50,000 to GLAAD. In 2021, they again donated to GLAAD for Spirit Day, this time raising the amount to $75,000.
Kellogg’s commitment to diversity and inclusion goes beyond their pro-LGBTQ cereals. For three years in a row, the company has been on the Human Rights Campaign’s “Best Places to Work for LGBTQ Equality” list. They also celebrate International Women’s Day and encourage parental leave for all parents.

People are at the core of our business, and we know that our greatest strength lies in the many diverse, inclusive, and passionate colleagues we have across our company,” Kellogg’s states on their website.
A recent Instagram post announcing the “Together with Pride” cereal also stressed Kellogg’s core value of acceptance and diversity.
