Hulu’s Upcoming Series Titled Drag Me To Dinner is a Must See!

Drag Me To Dinner, Hulu’s newly launched drag competition takes drag to the next level as the most iconic queens compete to throw the most drag-tastic dinner parties. Featuring numerous past contestants from RuPaul’s Drag Race, the show will consist of 10 episodes and be available to stream on Wednesday, May 31. 

In an interview with TV Insider, Hulu described the series as “a glamorous, messy, faux competition show that no one takes too seriously. It’s deliciously addictive, so pull up a chair and dig in!” 

Drag Me To Dinner’s contestants include none other than drag legends Alaska, Alexis Mateo, BeBe Zahara Benet, BenDeLaCreme, Biqtch Puddin’, Chelsea Piers, Darienne Lake, Detox, Gigi Goode, Ginger Minj, Heidi N Closet, Heklina, Jackie Beat, Jaida Essence Hall, Jasmine Rice LaBeija, Jinkx Monsoon, Kiki Ball-Change, Kim Chi, Latrice Royale, Manila Luzon, Marti Gould Cummings, Mayhem Miller, Meatball, Merrie Cherry, Morgan McMichaels, Mrs. Kasha Davis, Naomi Smalls, Nina West, Peaches Christ, Peachez Iman Cummings, Pixie Aventura, Raja, Rhea Litré, Selma Nilla, Sherry Vine, Symone, Thorgy Thor, Trinity the Tuck, Vanessa Vanjie Mateo, and Willam.

The upcoming series’ three judges include Murray Hill,  an NYC comedian, host, and international entertainer, Neil Patrick Harris, an actor, singer, writer, producer, and television host, Bianca Del Rio, a drag queen, comedian, actor, and costume designer, and actress Haneefah Wood. Murray Hill, also known as “the hardest-working middle-aged man in show business.”, will also act as the show’s host alongside the very talented David Burtka, an actor and professional chef. 

Each episode will feature two teams of queens paired in duos competing to create the “most fabulous, awe-inspiring, drag-tastical dinner parties of all time”. A new theme will be released to the contestants at the beginning of every episode by David Burtka. The queens with the most fabulous food, drinks, design, decor, entertainment, and of course overall vibe will be crowned the winners and walk away with a prize that some may call cheesy – The one and only Glorious Golden Grater.
