Review: THAT’S MY S#!T Limited Edition Live Resin Cartridge
There is no such thing as normal. Be weird and…
The leading premium cannabis concentrates company Green Dot Labs (GDL) and sensational Alt-Indie rock band Rainbow Kitten Surprise (RKS) are collaborating on a limited edition live resin cartridge that leans into the fall season.
The stunning design crafted by RKS band members utilizes the same tagline from their summer collaboration in July, THAT’S MY S#!T, with a custom crafted THAT’S MY S#!T GDL .5ml Live Resin Cartridge being the star. The resin holds hints of diesel fuel and lilac accenting an earthy, fresh pumpkin. Pumpkin spice with some grit to it. The battery and packaging art was crafted by the talented Luke Martin who has also created the posters and album covers for RKS.
The resin itself is made from the highest quality cannabis plants available, frozen at harvest and produced using delicate extraction methods that preserve the plant’s terpene- and cannabinoid rich resin. RKS and GDL were planning on announcing the partnership in July 2020 when the band was set to return to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. However, due to the pandemic essentially putting a curtain call on all concerts, RKS’s show was pushed back to July 2021.
Green Dot Labs CEO Alana Malone had this to say on the collaboration, “Music has always been part of our creative inspiration for the work we do, and our artist collaborations have been among our most meaningful endeavors. Bringing that passion to a whole new audience of fans worldwide through our collaboration with RKS has been incredibly fun and rewarding.”
THAT’S MY S#!T Fall 2020 Limited Edition .5 mL Live Resin Cartridges and custom-branded batteries (sold separately) are available in numerous dispensaries across Colorado. Kind Love, Colorado Harvest Company and Lucy Sky Cannabis Boutique to name a few. Concerts may be completely different from now on but it is heart-warming to know that bands are finding new ways to connect with their fans.
