George Takei Releases Parody to TLC’s “My Husband’s Not Gay”
It was only a matter of time, but leave it to good ole’ Hikaru Sulu (aka George Takei) to finally make a parody of that new TLC show “My Husband’s Not Gay.” (If you haven’t heard of it, YouTube it immediately.)
This time around the show is called, “My Husband’s Not Straight” and follows three unconventional same-sex marriages, in which one partner is actually a heterosexual but chooses to stay in the relationship in order to be loyal to their spouse and the community.
“Some friends of mine had fun lampooning ‘My Husband’s Not Gay’ on TLC, which showcases gays in Salt Lake who are married to women,” writes Takei in the YouTube description. “What if straight men tried the same in a gay world? Have a look friends.”
We think George Takei did a pretty good job. Watch the video below:
