Different Ways to Blaze

You’re no weed connoisseur, but dammit you wanna get high during Pride! If you’re never around the stuff, you might not be aware of all the awesome devices you can use. Here’s a few to expand your knowledge.

Bubbler

Think of these like mini bongs. Some stand upright, others are just like normal pipes with an extra chamber. Just put a little water in them — they make your hit a little bit cleaner and cool the smoke down a bit before you inhale. ($10+)

Chillum

Basically like a hybrid between a joint and a pipe, these are usually cheaper because of their simplicity. Not necessarily a one-hitter, but you’re going to mostly have green hits. ($7–15)

Dugout

Part storage, part one-hitter, these are really convenient. One side holds your weed, and the other houses a metal piece (most look identical to cigarettes). Just press the metal part into the weed side to load it each time. The container’s wood, so you’ll look really old school. ($10+)

Rig

Maybe you’ll end up at a party where the hosts are dabbers. (That’s where you smoke with highly concentrated amounts of THC with wax and shatter.) Just think of a whole bunch of weed being condensed into a small piece you can smoke. Honestly, if you’re not much of a smoker, just avoid this for now. Or whatever, it’s Pride. Get super high. (Typically $100+ for a good one.)
