Colorado Gay Rodeo Association Gymkhana

The Colorado Gay Rodeo Association’s September Gymhkana was held at the Jefferson County Fairgrounds on September 8th. Gymkhana is a term used to describe an equestrian event consisting of speed pattern racing and timed games for riders on horses. All of these events are designed to display precise, controlled actions and tight teamwork between horse and rider. It gives new riders an opportunity to learn and more experienced riders the opportunity to hone their skills. The next Gymkhana is scheduled for 11am on Sunday, October 6 in the 4-H Arena at the Adams County Fairgrounds.
