CO Firefighter Calendar Debut Party at Mile High Station

The lights were flashing and the sirens were blaring for the hottest event of the summer! The 2014 Colorado Firefighter Calendar Debut Party, hosted by Fox 31 Denver’s Melody Mendez, was held on August 16th at Mile High Station. The fifteen firefighters chosen to grace the pages of next year’s calendar were introduced to the public. Throughout the year, the firefighters volunteer their time to raise funds, attend events, educate children on fire prevention and increase awareness for the Children’s Hospital Colorado Burn Center and other centers around Colorado. Net proceeds received from the sale of calendars and special events will directly benefit the Children’s Hospital Colorado Trauma, EMS and Burn Outreach & Education center and centers across the state.
