Arizona Same-Sex Marriage Ban Found Unconstitutional

A Federal judge found Arizona’s same-sex marriage ban unconstitutional after ruling based off the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals decision. U.S. District Court Judge John Sedwick did not grant a stay on his decision, so same-sex marriages may commence immediately.
